I created an email link in 360 for learners to access our Outlook email server. I used the Trigger Wizard. The Action was "Send email". It is not working now. Instead when you click on the link it opens the Google browser.
I'm happy to help! Can you share more about when the course was working as expected? Was it in another browser, version of Storyline 360, or LMS environment, etc.?
