Embedding a PDF suggestion

Hi everyone,

I am a bit stumped about how to work around this issue. Originally, I wanted to embed a web object but despite everything we've tried on our end, the link we want to use refuses to work. My alternative (which I'd be happy with) is to embed a PDF into the slide. I thought this would be simple to do but am not finding any way to embed a PDF into a slide. 

My use case involves having learners be able to scroll to find information within the PDF on the slide, where I will have guiding questions to help them focus on critical content. The information from the PDF is info learners would find on our website, and presenting the same format will help learners get familiar with the structure/layout. I do not want to send folx to another tab.

I know I can do this with Player On and the Resources tab, but I do not plan to have the Player on.

I also know I can use a scrolling panel and pull images from the PDF in - but this seems extremely tedious for how large the PDF is (about 10 pages).

Does anyone have any other ideas for me? Thank you.
