I was wondering if any of you have experienced this and if you know how to fix it.
I have created training on storyline and uploaded to my LMS, when it was tested, if on the 1st attempt you failed, for example you had 10% and then retook the test and passed at 100% the LMS advises the user that they have passed but with 10%. It doesn't show the correct/ new score.
Has anyone else encountered this as i am at a loss. LMS is set to override old scores if they are higher, so im guessing it is a storyline issue but im not sure how to correct it.

I'd start by uploading the project to SCORM Cloud and testing it there to rule out LMS issues. Check out this step-by-step article!
If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would advise you to reach out to your LMS for more information, as it can be the settings on their end.
