Help, why can't I import a powerpoint training slide deck? I am receiving this message.

I'm sorry this is holding you back, and I'm here to help:

Do you get the same error after following the troubleshooting steps in this article: Failed to Import PowerPoint Presentation?
Are you able to open the PowerPoint file on its own?
Do you get the same error with a new PowerPoint file, or does it only happen with this particular one?

If you still see that error, I'd recommend sharing your PowerPoint file with our support engineers here. They'll take a closer look and let you know what they find!
