I have a 10 question quiz that has a freeform text entry slide at the end (no right or wrong answer). I have created a custom feedback layer that shows when submit button is clicked on the freeform screen. On that feedback layer, I have a Continue button that takes them to the results screen. It works when I complete the quiz the first time, but if I fail and retake the quiz, it doesn't allow me to click the continue button on this slide layer, thus I cannot get to the results slide. I am stumped! Using storyline 360 v3.74.30180.0
I think I solved it! The screen it is happening on has a text entry box in the background. I had to make the box smaller so it wasn’t behind the continue button (even though the continue button is on a separate layer) to be able to allow the continue button to be “clickable”.
