I have a multi-layer slide where the base layer asks for a name. If the learner hits Enter or clicks Next, the next layer displays without any issue. However, if they tab out of the Name field, a ghost layer overlays the next layer but doesn't prevent the user from clicking objects. I've checked triggers, feedback and slide masters but cannot figure out where this is coming from. I even copied the slides into a new file to see if that would help.

Hello Bryan,
Good Day!
Thanks for the detailed inquiry, I'd love to help.
I believe the layer that comes up is the 'Skip Navigation' accessibility feature. Storyline 360 lets learners skip repetitive player navigation controls, such as the sidebar tabs, and return to the first object on the slide simply by pressing a key.
Follow this guide on how to Disable the Skip Navigation Shortcut.
Hope this helps!
Cheers!
Thanks, Mcgem.
That was it. I didn't even know that feature existed.
