Recently, I've been having issues with the hyperlink visited color being mixed-matched in Storyline 360. The underline color is half the visited color and half the standard link color. Please check out the attached screenshot. Have you guys ever had this issue?
I echo Judy's assessment as I've not seen this behavior either.
I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this issues? I've noticed that the underline color starts with the visited color on the left but changes back to the standard link color at any point where there is something in the link text other than a letter or blank space (like a number or a hyphen).
I also opened a case and was told that the link issue was due to file corruption due to files being saved to OneDrive. I have no way to work around that at work since IT requires that our desktops be saved to OneDrive.
I did attempt pulling slides over to my personal computer, creating a new Storyline file, and importing the slides later. It did not fix the issue either. I'm just going to live with the multi-colored links.

Hi, Kenny,
Wow. I've never seen that behavior. I suggest you contact the helpful Articulate staff directly. You can submit a case here:

I am seeing this same behavior. Did you get a response from the Articulate support team?
Hi Christa, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
I am unable to track down a support case for Kenny, so I do not have any additional information to share with you.
I'd like you to share your project file privately with our support engineers to investigate what's happening with your permission. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
Thanks, Leslie. I've actually been on this site for years, but under a different profile with my prior employer. I'll get a support case submitted.

Hi, Beth.
Thank you for opening a support case!
It looks like Ronaziel was able to help you fix the issue, which was related to a folder syncing with OneDrive.
Please reach out through the case if you have additional questions.
