I cannot change elements and characters in layers
When I have used slides from the content library in Storyline, I am unable to change elements within the layers. For example, the character being used in the content library slide layer needs to be changed. It's like it's locked. What am I missing?

It may be on the master slide, or the character has states that need to be edited.
I will look at that but I have checked the master slides - the elements aren't there. Weird.
You can always share your .story file here and someone will have a closer look.
Christina, did you check both the Slide Master and Feedback Masters? There are a few Content Library templates that use the feedback masters to show character changes.
There are also a few times where we change the characters in states. Click the character that's changing states and view the States tab to see if there's more than one state.
Which Content Library template are you using?
