I am trying to sign in, but I have the following message on the browser:
This site can’t provide a secure connection
localhost sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
The confusing point is that I am already signed in here in eLearning heroes and also here https://360.articulate.com/ but I cannot sign in the desktop application to run Articulate Storyline which asks me to sign in.

I have tried another browser, Firefox instead of Chrome and the problem fixed!
