If else conditions for free text entry

i have a scenario , 

1. 3 hotspots for submitting answer to questions on the base slide . each will show a layer for free text entry, 3layers for 3 questions 

how to set the condition that after entering answer to all text boxes only the thank you slide should appear . this is not working . 

please guide
