Images in scrolling panel go invisible

Oct 24, 2022

Attached is a slide with multiple layers to mimic a screen with links. Selecting Executive Project Summary,  shows the Project Overview. Using a scrolling panel I added states to each color graphic and multiple images for the user to scroll down. My issue is that although this worked initially, for some reason the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th image are now invisible. This is the second time I've created this layer. If you click Solution Pipeline, and it's still working, you'll see a working example. I've done similar slides in the past with no issue and have no idea why an image would literally go invisible.

Hello Ila,

Thanks for reaching out!

After checking the images in your slides, I found that some of them may have gotten corrupted, indicated by images that have a 0x0 resolution in the Media Library:

Please try replacing these images with ones that have a recognized dimension attribute and let me know if this fixes the issue.

For your reference, you can check out this article which lists some tips on how to lower the risk of encountering corruption in your project file:

Let me know if this works for you!
