Invalid popup reads more than 2 times in NVDA

recently come across this weird behavior of storyline course. when we're selecting the submit button without selecting any options in Questionnaires, the default invalid popup reads the default text many times. I've freshly created a question page, that also behaves the same way.

I'm attaching the same freshly created file. please, look into the matter.

I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 81, we've included important fixes and new features.

One of the bugs we've fixed is: 

  • NVDA skipped elements on layers and lightboxes and announced invalid-answer messages twice

I tested this via Storyline 360 Preview and via published to Web.

After publishing it to the web, I tested it on both Chrome and Edge. 

In all cases, the invalid pop-up only appears when I click the submit button (it functions normally).

The only other thing I see is there is no correct answer provided via the Form View. Perhaps that could be contributing to the problem you are experiencing but not on my end.

Maybe someone else can try it and see if they can repeat the problem you are experiencing.

As per your say, i've added the correct answer. but the issue remains "the default invalid popup reads (in NVDA) the default text many times". there is no issues how it funtions, but only in Accessibility reading. i've also checked it again in chrome and Edge.

here i've added the rectified storyfile as well as the published web version of the file. please, check and revert.

I wanted to share that I was also able to replicate the behavior on my end when I published your course and viewed it using NVDA. We've reported this as a bug, and we'll let you know once we have any new updates to share. We apologize for any inconvenience this bug may have caused.
