Is there any limitation on using the library contend from a licensing point of view?

I know the website is mentioning the "Access to 8.3+ million royalty-free photos, videos, and more", but I want to know if, for example, I use these assets to create a video timeline and export it as a .mp4, can I use that video (.mp4 file) with a commercial purpose? I come from the video world, where having access to stock footage usually costs much more, and also involves different tiers of licensing for specific use situations.
