Jump to slide trigger and Next button not working - Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi there

I have a SL file with a simple button and trigger to jump to the next slide but it is not working.  I've changed it to jump to a specific slide but that doesn't work either.  I've stripped the file back to just two slides and removed all other buttons and triggers including from the Master slides.  I have replaced the button with a new button and checked that the state is set to normal.  I've even turned the slide navigation 'Next' button back on and still nothing.

I have just discovered that the button works in preview mode but not in 360 Review.  I still need it to work in review so the client can see/test.  Any suggestions?

I am experiencing the same issue, the button worked in other files but it is not jumping to the next scene (quiz bank) in this specific file. I tried everything, changed the button and imported the slides to a new file but no luck! The button will not work in preview mode or in Review mode. I changed the button to a shape and it will still not jump to the next scene. All the other files (these are a series of quizzes) worked fine. What is the issue here? Kindly advise.

It sounds like you hit a snag with the buttons in your course not advancing to the next scene. I see you've already opened a support case and connected with my colleague Mcgem. It looks like Mcgem provided you with a solution that solved the issue. So glad to see that!

Sorry to hear that your triggers aren't working after publishing to Review 360. I'd be happy to help with that!

It would be helpful to take a closer look at the triggers you've built out so far and test the behavior on our end. Would you be willing to share a copy of your file with us? You can upload it here in the discussion or privately in a support case.

We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
