Last 3 Slides of Storyline Course Not Syncing

Hello all, 

I have a course originally built in a previous version of Storyline and updated to the latest Storyline. When a user completes the course, there is no issue (all answers are correctly synced in order to provide a scored result). However, when the user goes back to review the answers, the last three slides do not have answers saved (but all other slides do). Similarly, if a user completes all of the slides of the course but does not hit submit, and instead exits the course, when the user later resumes, all slides have answers synced except for the last three slides.  After comparing those slides against the rest of the slides, we cannot find anything that would cause this (there are no differences or missing code for those three slides). Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas where I should be looking in the Storyline module for this? Any advice would be helpful.
