I can no longer see my logo in my course, unless I choose Menu, Glossary, and/or Notes. I have a review question that I would like to have our logo on, but because it is a review and is only two slides, I don't want or need to have the Menu, Glossary, and/or Notes available, which means I can't get our logo to display. The previous versions allowed me to do this.
I have also noticed that if I try to step back the version, it fails, regardless of the version I try to step back to.
Do you have a screenshot or a link to an older version of your course that was able to display the course logo without the menu panel? I'd like to to see how your slides previously looked like so we can properly address your concern.
For previous versions of Storyline 360, you can download them here if you are unable to downgrade through the desktop app.
I have tried downgrading from the link above, but I get the message that I already have a newer version installed. I tried uninstalling my current version so I can install the earlier version, but I get the message that I can't uninstall it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Thanks. I tried that first and received the install fail message. That is why I thought I would try to uninstall it first, which didn't work either. I seem to be stuck in the current version.

Cam you just place the logo on those two slides?

Here is a screenshot of an older course. I will try downgrading from the link. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing your screenshot with us, Yvonne.

if you use "articulate 360" to downgrade uninstall should not be needed
