I'm using Storyline to create internal and customer facing training courses. The courses cover a lot of topics but are split into chapters/sections. Support staff will occasionally want to refer users to a specific part of the course. Once online, is it possible to link directly to a particular chapter rather than to the whole course with instructions to which chapter to view? And if so, how do I do it?
I'm not aware of any supported methods that will allow you to do this with a URL, etc.
However, if you have the menu enabled, learners should be able to find the section that contains the information they're seeking. If you're not using a menu, perhaps you could include a drop-down or tab menu, so that learners could quickly navigate to a section on the topic.
I am looking forward to what others in the community will suggest, but in the meantime, my suggestion would be to create a table of contents on your first slide. You can then link to specific scenes or "chapters" within your project.

Just a thought :)
Good luck!
Is there a solution to link directly to chapters in the meantime?
Hi, Keven.
