Hi, I have created a file in Storyline 360 on behalf of a client, but they only have Storyline 3 and they are unable to open the Storyline 360 file because it contains text autofit improvements. Is there any way I can convert my Storyline 360 file and make it compatible with Storyline 3?
When we add a new feature to Storyline 360, you may not be able to open project files with that new feature in Storyline 3 until we release an update for Storyline 3 that restores compatibility. This article has all the latest compatibility info.
The short answer is that you cannot convert it. Even if you do not have any textboxes in the projecr, 360 will say it does, and SL3 can't open it. You have to completely rebuild it in SL2 or 3.
