Making the measuring cylinder fill up

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to create a slide for some medicine management e-learning, I'm hoping to be able to have a measuring cylinder for the slide and would like to be able to have the cylinder fill up from the bottom of the cylinder to a certain point is this something that storyline is able to do?
