In reviewing a course I developed in Storyline 360, I find my LMS is opening in Microsoft Edge (as is the default), but when I launch the course, the Storyline Player is opening in Internet Explorer.
In Chrome, everything works as it should.
Is there a compatibility issue with the Player in MS Edge or is this because of a setting (in either Storyline or Edge)?
If I understand correctly, you open your LMS using Edge, but when clicking the course using that browser, it opens instead in Internet Explorer.
My first suggestion is to rule out LMS issues by uploading the project to SCORM Cloud and testing it using Microsoft Edge. Check out this step-by-step article!
If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would advise you to reach out to your LMS for more information, as it can be the settings on their end.
