I have created a multiple fill in the blank question in storyline. When I preview the question and get the answer correct on the first try the correct layer appears and everything works well. However, if I get the answer wrong on the first try and then make the answer correct, the incorrect layer continues to appear. The correct layer never appears.
The correct answer to the question is the following with one word per blank and no commas:
illness severity, patient summary, action list, situation awareness and contingency planning, synthesis by receiver
It worked as expected when I tested it the way you explained: first getting the incorrect feedback, then after fixing it and re-submitting, I received the correct feedback. Take a look below:
