Adjusting Slide Properties in multiple Question Bank Question slides
Hello,
I have never figured out a workaround for adjusting slide properties for many test questions in a Question Bank. You cannot see these in Story view, so I cannot do it like other slides. I've tried selecting multiple slides in the question bank, and changing slide properties, but it never works. Has Storyline 360 added this feature?
Thank you, Melissa

Hi Melissa,
Currently, there isn't a way to change the properties of multiple questions at once. We currently have this logged as a feature request, so I’ll go ahead and include your voice. We’ll update this discussion if this feature makes it on our feature roadmap.
Thanks for reaching out!

This is how I have changed the slide properties for multiple test questions in a bank. First I open the Question Bank and select all of the questions. Next, create a new scene and past the slides into it. Now you can <control shift> to select all of the slides and open the Slide Properties dialog box. You can change slide navigation, how the slide advances, what you want to happen when the slide is revisited and set custom player features. After making all of your changes, deleted the original Question Bank and import these slide into a new Question Bank.
This only works for Slide Properties, it does not work with changing features under the Question Tools Design tab.
Hope this helps some.

That workaround which does work. However, based on how quick and easy I made changes to the other slides in Story view, it would be quicker to make slide adjustments within the question bank. Please include my voice to having this feature.
Our question banks are huge. Some are 100 questions, some are 200 questions and some are just a bit over 600 questions so having to make a slide adjustment for every. single. slide. is absolutely tedious when it can just be a few clicks like Story View.
