New Version 3.62.27443.0 - Quick Access Toolbar gone

After upgrading to the new version, my customized items in the Quick Access Toolbar are gone with no option to re-customize. The only options are "Save," "Undo," and "Redo." 

Please fix this.

    Hi Jim,

    I'm sorry this happened to you. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Storyline 360. I was able to find a possible work around for you.

    Try reloading the "workspace.xml" file. The QA Tool Settings are found in a file called "workspace.xml" saved in C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Roaming\Articulate\Storyline\360\
