No Audio Play in Galaxy and Ipad

Hi. I have an audio play issue with storyline 360. I used desktop app for my project.

I've put an audio media play trigger on a button. The audio plays well in web, but does not in galaxy phone and ipad. Those projects are for for my company's new e-learning content product and we have promotion for them next week, so this is such an urgent problem now. 

Also, there have been some serious complaints from the existing customers. They used the latest version of chrome browser, android os. Also, we've uploaded every files on AWS, so please consider those options if they matter and reply me back as soon as possible.

We're happy to investigate what's happening with the audio in your project, when using an iPad or Galaxy phone. Can you share the .story file privately through a support case?

You also mentioned "serious complaints from the existing customers". Which complaints are you receiving from them?

I've shared my error case. The complaints are as mentioned above. The audio play error.

Also, the loading speed of our contents is too slow. I know that articulate is not optimized for png images and we put quite a lot png files in the .story file before publishing the content. But the problem is that it takes more than 3 minutes to upload and use the contents.

It's way too slow than we expected. I wanna know if it is related with the os version of the galaxy phone (we couldn't reach the specific information about the version of the phone but anyway one of the user said she used the latest released galaxy phone), or the image buffering problem or any other factors.
