Partial Screen Zoom Region

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’d like to suggest a workaround that involves using a Slide Layer to achieve this. 

Here’s what I did:

• • I inserted an Image and an Object on the base slide to match your setup.
  • Then, I inserted a layer on that slide. 
  • On that layer, I inserted a cropped version of the original image (this could potentially be a screenshot of the desired zoom region you intended). 
    • I also copied the Object with the directional text from the base slide and pasted it onto the layer. That way, it will stay present for your learners when zooming in on the layer. 
  • From there, I inserted a Zoom button to that selected image.                                              ( You can achieve this by going to the FORMAT tab for the Picture and selecting the Zoom Picture Button on the righthand side of the window) 

• • Within my triggers panel, I went ahead and inserted this trigger:
