Pause Audio On Screen with Multiple Buttons

Hi, I'm hoping someone might be able to provide me with a solution to my audio challenge. I have a screen with 5 buttons. I need the instructions to play once when the screen first appears.
The user then clicks Button 1 and is taken to 3 or so slides. On the last slide in that series, a button sends the user back to the initial screen with 5 buttons BUT the user does not need to hear the instructions again.
I tried a number of variables after searching online with no success.
I've attached the course as a reference.
Any ideas on how to get this to work without the audio playing each time the user returns back to the screen with the 5 buttons would be greatly appreciated!

That should let the audio play until the variable is changed from false to true.
