Pause/Resume Audio on slide layers

Have you tried checking your layer properties to see if any of them are pausing the timeline of your base layer? 

Basically, you'll want to make sure that the timeline of the audio file is not being paused by any of your layers so that it will be allowed to continue playing until it finishes.

Thank you for your response Joe. I have checked and none of them have the pause timeline checked.

The base layer and the corresponding transcript layer work perfectly. All the other layers are of the same settings but when I click the trigger button to see the transcript on the other layers the audio stops. Not sure how to resolve. Have tried looking at tutorials but nothing that explains what I am doing wrong 🤔

Thanks for the additional information. I'd recommend opening a case with our support team and sharing your project file there so we can review how your slides are configured to figure out what's happening!

I have attached a copy of the project file. As mentioned, the base layer Summary, and the Summary CC slide work as they should (i.e. the audio continues to play when the user clicks the CC button), however, this is not the case for all the other layers (the audio stops when the user clicks the CC button). Any help would be very much appreciated

Thanks for sharing your project file. Try turning off the 'Hide other slide layers' option for the layers that are causing the audio to stop, and let me know if this works for you! 

Since your other audio files are placed inside layers, you'll want to prevent other layers from closing them to allow them to continue playing uninterrupted.

Hi Joe, Thank you for your help with this, however, I have tried that and it still isn't working, I am now at a complete loss with what to do. Maybe I need to make them as new slides rather than layers? Thoughts?
