I'm currently working on a simulator for an app, I have modified the size of my slide for an Iphone 11 pro, I selected Resize browser to fill screen, disable menu, resources, volumen, next, previous, etc. But when I run the preview in portrait mobile mode it doesn't fill the screen as expected.
Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your project file and for sharing the images.
Do you have other slides in the course with player items enabled? It looks like space is being held for these items.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
In Storyline 360, you can restrict users from viewing the course in Portrait or Landscape mode! This is helpful when you want the course to fill the screen. Here's an article explaining this feature.
Hello, what is the solution to Angel's original question. I am designing for portrait mode, but cannot get the content to fill the screen. I want to keep the hamburger menu available for the user and will probably have Help/References menu in top right corner.
I'm not seeing that we received Angel's file to help investigate, so I don't have a solution to share. Feel free to reach out to Angel if needed. Also, if you can share your file in a support case, we'd be happy to take a look and offer suggestions!

Hi Leslie,
I'm experimenting the same issue..
Do you find a solution to show the project in fullscreen when phone is in portrait mode?
I know Storyline is not a responsive tool but at least it should be possible to adapt the project to the maxi horizontal/vertical view.
Is there a way to force the screen adaptation to horizontal / vertical side?
Thanks for your attention.
