Player Error message

Been using Storyline 3 for years.  Today I tried to access the Player and I got an error message, which asked me to send a report.  I have tried older courses and a new one but get the same error.  Everything else works as it should!

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? 

  • You can check by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline

In Build 3.8.20838.0, we removed the remnants of Flash from the authoring environment. We are currently on Build 3.12.24693.0. Download the latest update here.
