Player Error message Sep 03, 2021 By Ken Stafford Been using Storyline 3 for years. Today I tried to access the Player and I got an error message, which asked me to send a report. I have tried older courses and a new one but get the same error. Everything else works as it should! Thanks

I'd be happy to help you with this. Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline In Build 3.8.20838.0, we removed the remnants of Flash from the authoring environment. We are currently on Build 3.12.24693.0. Download the latest update here.

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?
