I have been trying to get this to work since friday (its now monday). The playhead no longer works when I try to sync audio to the animations. It used to work. PLEASE HELP!!!!
I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with the playhead in Storyline 3! I see that you have a case started with my teammate, Johnrey, and have some next steps lined out to see what's happening behind the scenes here.
Did this ever get resolved? My company just issued me a new laptop and the playhead doesn't move when attempting to sync audio. It's the same in both Storyline x64 and standard. It worked fine on the old one, though when I checked it looked like the version on the old laptop hadn't updated since sometime around October 2022.

To clarify, does this behavior occur across multiple courses, or is it local to one? If you cannot reproduce the issue in a new course, I would suggest importing the files into a new, blank Storyline course, and then testing again.
If it's happening in any/all files, please try a repair of your Storyline installation. If still unsuccessful, it would be helpful to have a closer look at the .story file itself. Feel free to attach it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
