Playing media in LMS, Skillcast.

Morning,
We have created numerous of eLearning modules within storyline and published them via scorm 1.2 to our third party LMS, Skillcast.
The modules open fine, but we have issues when it comes to playing any media content, either the media does not play or it plays, but the user is unsable to adjust the time bar. This is unusual as it all works fine within Review 360.
We raised this with Skillcast, and they say it is an issue your end. We also raised this with our IT team who are a little stumped.

Thanks for reaching out and taking the time to troubleshoot with your IT team and LMS! The article shared above references when a course output is run locally on your computer instead of in your actual LMS.
It sounds like you've uploaded the files correctly to your LMS, so I recommend testing your file in a different LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to confirm it's a file issue.
