Published course not opening on Saba LMS

I have published a course using Articulate 360 and it is not launching on the Saba LMS. When we launch the course, it shows a blank screen. I tested this SCORM package on SCORM cloud and had no issues but on Saba the screen is blank and course won't load. We have checked with Saba support and also IT and both agree that there is some problem with this course package. I republished and tried but same results. Is there any other way to counter this issue. 

We have a deadline rollout in a day or two and are pretty stressed out. Any leads will be greatly appreciated.

Saadia mentioned that, in their case, it worked as expected in SCORM Cloud. This usually means the issue is related to the specific LMS.

While it sounds like yours could also be an LMS issue, it would be interesting to test your project in SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!

If it works in SCORM Cloud, I advise you to reach out to your LMS (Saba?) for support. 

If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, my recommendation would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
