I am trying to publish a Storyline file to video. The SL lesson includes an embedded MP4 video. When published, the voice and video on that slide do not sync, although they're fine when editing/previewing/etc.
The voice is lagging the video by about 4 seconds.
We've seen cases before where the output of courses that have been published to video went out of sync because of underpowered computers used during publishing. Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements needed for publishing Storyline courses?
If your computer meets the system requirements needed to run Storyline 360, and you are already working locally, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps address the lag issue in the videos.

Additionally, you'll want to make sure that you are working out of a local directory when publishing your courses. Working on a network drive has been known to cause unexpected behavior in Storyline 360 project files.
