I have previously been able to publish stories to word from 360. The latest story I am working on will not allow me to do it. After selecting publish as a word doc I get the pop up indicating success, with options to: view the document, email, FTP, ZIP.... When I click on "view document" the Articulate Storyline Error Report pops up. I have saved the file to my hard drive, renamed it, and still have the same issue. I have also reset word trust center settings to default and the problem persists.
Does publishing a newly created and blank project file work as expected? If so, an error report like the one you received after opening a published Storyline 360 project usually means that the output files possibly contains corrupted data.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can confirm if this is the case? We'll delete it when we're done!
So I worked out what was going wrong. If you have a carriage return in your course title you get this problem. Just re-add it without the carriage return and it publishes fine!

Joe,
A new blank story worked fine. I sent a support case request to you.
thanks for the support,
Ray
if the error message appears - please click on the blue text button "information", then a second window will open with more informations
just copy the text from the second window and post it here
