There seems another bug in Storyline 360 Question bank. The Question Banks don't get highlighted/selected in the Menu Panel in Storyline 360 and its very much disappointing, after so many years of developing this product there are still major bugs found in Storyline 360. Could this be fixed ASAP.
Note: A question bank won't ever show to a user by itself. You have to insert a draw, which tells the program to run the question bank at a given location. Here's more info about that:
When you insert a draw from a question bank, that will show in the Menu and be selectable:
Any draw will only display as one item. In other words, it won't display the questions as separate slides. (If you want that, just insert Graded Question slides instead of using a Question Bank.)
