After I've completed and saved a storyline 360 project. When I reopen it text boxes will all be randomly reformatted. Essentially the size limitation placed on the textbox on the master will be overwritten and the text boxes will become elongated and change the text to bold.
It adds soooo much time to minor tweaks and edits. Any suggestions/solutions.
Hi Jeremy - Has anyone from Articulate responded to you on this?
I am also seeing text boxes elongated horizontally off the screen and some master page font sizing being enlarged and caption text inside speech bubbles having its text box margins set to different values so the text no longer fits correctly in the bubble.
Someone did reach out and they said they were reviewing my project files
and would let me know if they could identify issue.
It seems like it might be challenging to replicate though because once I
reopen a saved file the reformatting occurs so when I think the project I
shared with them had already suffered from the reformatting errors.
Hi Jeremy and Peter! Hope you both are having a great start to your day!
Jeremy- Thanks for opening a support case! I see you've been working with my colleague Johnrey. You're in great hands!
Also, it looks like part of your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
Peter- I would like to share the workaround steps Johnrey has shared with Jeremy in the hopes that this helps you with your project as well!
Thanks for your patience, Jeremy! I tested your files and confirmed they are issues specific to your files.
The indentation behavior on the Marker appears to be the default for your current Theme, which appears to show corruption. You can manually adjust the Marker settings to remove the indentation; like so: https://app.screencast.com/BEk7K6k7EvesJ
You may import the slides into a new project file to get rid of corrupt data. Here's how: https://articulate.fyi/2IRSXDV
Meanwhile, the issue with the text formatting in your other file appears to be caused by the "Wrap text" behavior being disabled. Was this project created in a previous version of Storyline 360? The current behavior in the latest version is 'No wrap", and your text boxes conform to that; see here: https://app.screencast.com/ZITcB5EUKMpIM
To fix this, enable "Wrap text" to control text overflow, then adjust your text box as needed. Here's a revised version where I applied this suggestion: https://articulate.fyi/3JtbYio (Johnrey also mentioned importing manually might help with this issue. )
Please let me know if you have any questions, and happy developing! ☀️

This all happens when a file is re-opened

I'll post if there is anything relevant though
