Randomn Ghost Markers

I have a marker that is appearing randommly on different slides and scenes where other markers appear.

There are no triggers to link the orginal slide or scene, to any of the others and the only way to find them is to use the 'Find' tool to search for some of the words on the marker.

When you find one you can delete the words, but they can reappear. It gives it a trigger which cannot be deleted - almost like a layer

I have deleted the orginal marker and its trigger and rebuilt it,but still nothing Changed to a new version number etc but nothing

Any ideas welcomed please to remove my 'ghost markers'
