Removing missing fonts?

Would appreciate ideas on how to remove missing font message when you first open a course. I've already tried Home>Find/Replace>Select font from Replace>Select With font>click Replace, but the font is still there?

    I'm happy to help! It sounds like you've already tried to replace the font, but it is still listed in the "Missing Fonts" window when opening your project? Which font are you using? Also, is the font downloaded on your local drive rather than a network drive?

      I’m trying to change Gotham Bold to Tahoma, but when I click Replace the font is still there?

  • Hi Jackie,

    When you reply via email, we cannot see the images that you've shared. Please click 'View' vs. 'Reply' when you get this reply and attach your images directly to your reply in the forum discussion.

    Your email signature also came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

      Thanks for those screenshots, Jackie!

      It appears that Storyline doesn't see the Gotham Bold font to replace. Can you share a couple more clues so we can help nail this down?

      • Is the Gotham Bold font downloaded on your local drive rather than a network drive?
      • When you installed the Gotham Bold font, did you have Storyline shut down?

      If reinstalling the Gotham Bold font with Storyline closed doesn't do the trick, could you connect with us in a case so we can dig into this deeper? We'll be in touch with an update soon after!
