Results Page - FAIL is prompting User to e-Sign Completion
I have built an exam that has specific questions as critical fails and if they miss those questions it will route them to the results page. The LMS though is letting them sign off completion when they fail.
The results page is built with the following trigger for the failed attempt:
When the timeline starts on this slide
- Show layer Success If Results 1.ScorePoints >variable Results1.PassPoints
- Show layer failure IF Results 1.ScorePoints <variable Results1.PassPoints
- Submit results 3.1 Results Slide
Failure Layer Trigger
When the timeline ends on this layer - complete course as Incomplete/Failed.
Timeline is set to 1 seconds.
The LMS tracking is set to:
When the learner has viewed 100% of the slides.
When the learner completes a quiz - final assessment
User Triggers (e.g. completed course)

The LMS tracking is based off of one of the above not all of the above so one of them is meeting the criteria and marking complete if you just want the score to mark complete then only use that tracking

I changed the Tracking Options to only User Triggers (e.g. complete course)

Where is the complete trigger? Can you share the course?
I tried to send the storyline document, but received a bounce back message. Is there another way to send you the document for review?

Attached is the storybook file.
I would take trigger off that marks failed as that also marks complete it should log in the LMS as Failed and Complete maybe better to leave without the trigger and it will be incomplete
