Retake quiz with new questions

Jun 24, 2020

Hello, I am new to Articulate and am trying to create a quiz with multiple attempts.  I am using question banks and would like for the user to have a different question in place of the ones they answered incorrectly.  Is there a way to do this?  My understanding is that by using a question bank learners will see a different subset of questions each time they retake the quiz.  However, I am not finding this to be true if I select to only reset incorrect questions. All help is appreciated!

Hi Savannah,

Thank you for reaching out!

Currently, that is the intention when using the option Retry Only Incorrect Questions. This allows learners to review and retry only the questions they get wrong. To randomize the draw from the question bank on a second attempt, you'll want to leave that option unchecked. You can find more details about this setup here:

Please let us know if you have any questions about this! We are happy to help!

Hello Aishwarya,

Thanks for reaching out!

No changes have been made to the behavior described in this post. This response here explains the expected behavior for incorrect questions that have been retried.
