Reviewing Quiz results shows all questions as answered incorrectly

Hello intrepid Instructional Designers,

I may have an odd gremlin I can't seem to debug. In the above example, I had answered the multiple-choice question correctly, yet the red banner says Incorrect. Shouldn't this banner be green and say Correct? This is happening with all questions whether they were answered correctly or incorrectly. I have the Review results trigger set to Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks for reaching out!

You may have the revisit behavior of your slides set to "Reset to initial state". Having your slides configured this way would mean that the learners recorded response will be cleared and the question slide reset when a learner goes back to review the slides.

If your slides are configured to reset to initial state, try changing their revisit behavior to any of the other options to see if this correct the behavior for you.
