Scoring from scenarios - NEED RESPONSE ASAP

This post provides info about tracking custom questions or surveys. It's not exactly what you're asking for, but similar programming could work to track a path through scenarios.

That method isn't tracked via a Results slide. In other words, it doesn't send the info to an LMS. However, you might be able to transfer the "score" via disguised question or survey slides. That process is discussed here:

Yes use either freeform or graded questions and use a results slide that will do all the work for you
