I produced a presentation that was and uploaded to BrightSpace as a Scorm file. Someone came back to say that it won't play in Firefox. They're just getting a spinning wheel on the screen. Other Scorm objects work fine in the same browser.
The user did an analysis and came back with the attached file. I'm afraid it doesn't mean anything to me. Can someone tell me what I need to do in order to rectify the problem?

update to the current version of storyline and republish all old courses - with audio - again

I'm afraid that didn't work either. Is there something about enabling video play in Firefox?
do you see the 'n'-problem in the console of the browser?
please upload a screenshot of the browser firefox console (-> F12) while starting the training
