Screen frozen on Publish to Review 360 screen and I can't cancel or close

I published to LMS first so I have that. But it now seems that I didn't save the working file before hitting publish to Review 360 and it has been frozen and non-responsive on that screen for about an hour. 

I think maybe because I selected Publish a new version of an existing item but didn't click on one. But it didn't come back for me to fix it, just froze. Cancel button functions but doesn't actually do anything. Publish is light blue and doesn't work. I can't do anything else on the screen except learn more about publishing, but that didn't help. I've published to Review 360 many times in the last few days with no trouble. It is usually much faster than publishing to the LMS, which I already did.
