screen recording skips fields

Happy April Fool's Day! This is not an April fool. 

I'm recording a software screen for a step-by-step Try It video. But the recording doesn't include all of the fields I visited and completed. 

It's a user info popup, and I entered name, address, country, state, Zip code, and phone number. But instead of one screen each for each field (total of eight fields), I have just two. Screen 1 shows the popup with empty fields and screen 2 shows the popup with all fields complete and a hot spot over the OK button.

The first time I recorded the sequence, I Tabbed between fields. I thought maybe that was the problem, and re-did it pressing Enter between fields. A couple more fields were included, but it still doesn't work the way I need it to: one field per screen until the popup is complete. 

What am I doing wrong?
