Screen Recording: Slide size and screen resolution

Hello,

I do a lot of screen recording showing workflow processes on web applications. What is the best combinations of slide size and recording window size to maintain the clearest resolution while showing the most of your screen? I have been testing the widescreen setting and expanding the ratio but some text is still blurry. I really need to show the entire screen while keeping clear resolution.
