Screen Recordings - All Black Oct 12, 2012 By Gerry Wasiluk Before I file a support case on this . . . I'm getting screen recordings that are all black. Any one experience this and have a fix? I'm running dual monitors, both at high rez, if that makes any difference.

What did work: I had to set the display on both my screens to 100%, then restart the computer. After that the recordings worked correctly.
