Screenshots in Storyline are blurry
Using Snagit 2019 to take screenshots (saving as jpg and other options no better) and image in Storyline 360 is blurry (and doesn't matter what size) - any suggestions?
What do you use for screenshots?
Thanks

Hi Lisa,
Here is another recent discussion related to blurry images: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/updated-to-new-version-of-sl-today-images-turned-blurry#reply-797969
I am not sure if that helps, but just wanted to share. I had to install back to a previous update. I submitted a case, so we will see what they can do.
Hi Lisa! Thanks for reaching out!
We've released an update for Storyline 360, Update 63, wherein we’ve made some fixes which include:
We improved how Storyline 360 handles images during import and in the published output, resulting in crisper images.
Are you currently using the latest version? Here's how to check :
- Open an existing Storyline project or create a new one.
- Go to the Help tab on the Storyline ribbon and click About Articulate Storyline. Find your version details on the screen that appears.
If you're using the latest version but still have trouble, please see the following steps:- Are you following our best practices for high-quality images and videos?
- Is this issue isolated to one project or every .story file where you use images in your course?
- Have you tried copying the file you have had blurry image issues with into a new Storyline project?
If those steps still don't help, please submit a copy of your file and a sample image by submitting a case to our Support Engineers directly. They'll get you sorted as soon as possible!
