Just like title says. Today several of my screenshots turned blurry. I even deleted them and imported new ones. Still blurry. Wondering if today's update broke something? I know it was supposed to fixed image quality.
Of course this happens at the 11th hour of a project right before a deadline.
I see that you’ve reached out to our Support Engineers and are working with my teammate, Dexter. You’re in great hands! We’ll continue the conversation in your support case.
I am experiencing the same issue with blurry image quality after an update. I published a course to Review360 before doing an update last week and the images were fine. I published a different version of the same course after the update and the images were very blurry. I also published to Web and got the same blurry images when viewing the course in Edge.
If that doesn't help resolve your issue, can you upload your .story file either publicly here, or privately in a case? We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
I do work from a Network drive, but I don't think that is what is causing the issue. I did roll back or reinstall the previous version and the image quality improved as Marc stated in his comment. I tested the image quality at the default 80% when publishing and at a custom setting of 100%, but I didn't see any difference in the output quality. This is a new course, so I am not sure if copying the file into a new project will change anything. I may try that, but I will probably submit a case. I really think something in the latest update is affecting images in the Articulate file.
I see you opened a case with Renato in our support department, so you are in good hands. Should you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out in the case!
Hi Lisa! I've replied to your original thread here, with some steps for you to try. Hope that helps! If you need additional help beyond those steps provided, please submit a copy of your file and a sample image by submitting a case to our Support Engineers directly.
I thought I would share a little more information about what I have been discovering related to this topic. I reinstalled the latest Articulate Storyline360 update and republished the course that I have images of screenshots in.
I published 3 different ways to test:
Review 360: I had to "Enter full screen (F11)" and either collapse the menu or the comments to see the images clearly.
Publish to Web: When I use the launcher.html file, the images look great. When I use the story.html file, I had to view in full screen mode for the images to look clear.
Publish to LMS / LRS: I had to maximize the course window to see the images clearly.
Previously, we did not need to make the above adjustments. If I don't make those adjustments, the images are not clear.

So you are saying if you take certain steps when viewing the published course - the images will stop being blurry? Not a fix for the problem, but a pretty interesting little tidbit.
First, this has only just started to happen. I use Studio from PowerPoint files; only Local C: drive is used. I switched to Arial font with same results. This appears to be the same as the beginning discussion in this string. Images and Title Text are affected. Every project is affected. Attached are a few examples.
Thank you for sharing the screenshots - the loss of quality is certainly visible when comparing the two images.
I want to continue asking you some questions, so I can attempt to reproduce this issue, but you're also welcome to share the file through a support case so we can investigate this further:
What is the difference between the images in your document? Is the screenshot on the right side after publishing?
You mentioned you are using Presenter (Studio from Powerpoint). Which format are you choosing when publishing?

Is there a link to the support case or any information about a resolution?
Rollback to previous version and the image quality improves. It won't be perfect but it will be 90% better image quality.
Hi Andrew, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨
I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with blurry images in your published course.
I want to ask you a few questions to begin troubleshooting:

I am also having issues with blurry screenshots - any help? New to Articulate 360 but the majority of images will be screenshots for my organization.

Same issue as well as some title lines - Times New Roman font so it shouldn't be trying to treat them like images.
Hi Gina, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨
I've tested this on my end, and the Times New Roman title lines do not appear blurry.
I want to ask you some follow-up questions to better understand the issue you are experiencing:
I look forward to your responses and helping you work through this issue!
