Updated to New Version of SL today...Images turned blurry
Just like title says. Today several of my screenshots turned blurry. I even deleted them and imported new ones. Still blurry. Wondering if today's update broke something? I know it was supposed to ...

I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with blurry images in your published course.
I want to ask you a few questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Are you following our best practices for high-quality images and videos?
- Is this issue isolated to one project, or every .story file where you use images in your course?
- Have you tried copying the file you have had blurry image issues with into a new Storyline project?
If that doesn't help resolve your issue, can you upload your .story file either publicly here, or privately in a case? We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
Hi Andrea, and thank you for your reply.
I do work from a Network drive, but I don't think that is what is causing the issue. I did roll back or reinstall the previous version and the image quality improved as Marc stated in his comment. I tested the image quality at the default 80% when publishing and at a custom setting of 100%, but I didn't see any difference in the output quality. This is a new course, so I am not sure if copying the file into a new project will change anything. I may try that, but I will probably submit a case. I really think something in the latest update is affecting images in the Articulate file.
